The Minnesota Recording Act, Minn. Stat. ? 507.34, protects a judgment creditors lien on real property against unrecorded prior interests if the creditor has no actual, constructive, or inquiry notice of the prior interest at the time the judgment is docketed. Additionally, nonparties to a judgment cannot attack the judgment if it is valid on its face.
