for summary Disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8). We affirm. On appeal, plaintiffs contend that the trial court erred in granting summary Disposition in favor of defendant in this action
brought pursuant to the contribution statute, MCL 600.2925a et seq.; MSA 27A.2925(1) et seq. We disagree.
